The products offered for sale on www.blimano.com are described and presented with the utmost care. However, unintentional errors or omissions may occur. Blimano cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies in the presentation of the products.

Use of products

The customer is solely responsible for the choice of products, as well as for their storage and use. Blimano declines all liability in the event of improper use or use contrary to the instructions supplied with the product.

Statutory warranty

In accordance with Belgian legal provisions relating to conformity and hidden defects, all products are covered by the statutory warranty. This warranty does not apply in the event of misuse, negligence, or lack of maintenance by the user.

Force majeure

Blimano shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by Belgian case law (weather events, strikes, pandemics, administrative blockages, etc.).

Delivery times

Blimano strives to meet an indicative delivery time of between eight (8) and twelve (12) working days from the date of shipment of the parcel.

Shipment of parcels

Parcels are generally shipped within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) working hours after order validation. Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Liability in the event of delay

In the event of a delay beyond our control (customs clearance, logistical disruptions, etc.), no compensation may be claimed. Blimano cannot be held liable for delays caused by external or unforeseen events.

Delivery tracking

A tracking link is systematically sent by email as soon as the parcel is shipped. The customer is responsible for consulting and following the progress of their delivery via this link.

Incorrect address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. In the event of an error or incomplete address, the costs associated with reshipment or return of the parcel shall be borne by the customer.

Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought as a priority. Failing such agreement, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Brussels, unless otherwise provided by law.
